Free shipping on US orders We offer free standard shipping on orders to the United States.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, and peak holiday volume.

Orders with several items Items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Holiday orders To receive gifts by the holidays, we recommend ordering by December 12. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time but can't be guaranteed.

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only. Fragrance is classed as a limited-quantity hazardous material, so some remote destinations may not be eligible.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
