Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Our fragrances come from established US fragrance distributors. We don't sell replicas or knock-offs.
What is a tester?
A tester is the same authentic fragrance, in the same full-size bottle, originally made for in-store sampling. It usually ships in a plain box and may not have a cap. If it's for you rather than for gift-wrapping, a tester is the best value.
What's the difference between EDP, EDT and cologne?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of perfume oils and usually lasts longer. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter and fresher. Cologne is the lightest. Parfum / Extrait is the richest and longest-lasting of all.
Why are Arabian perfumes so popular?
Houses like Lattafa, Armaf, Afnan and Al Haramain are known for rich, long-lasting compositions — oud, amber, saffron, vanilla — at accessible prices. Many people find them among the best-performing fragrances for the money.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on US orders. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.
Can I return a fragrance?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened bottles unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
How do I choose a fragrance as a gift?
When in doubt, pick a gift set, a crowd-pleasing vanilla scent, or a mini so they can try before committing to a full bottle.
